Description: Military Nurse Resilience and Retention 

The purpose of this presentation is to provide an overview of Military Nurse Resilience and Retention from the perspective of health science researchers representing each branch of the U.S. Military: the Army, Navy, and Air Force.

The resilience and retention of the U.S. Military Nurse Corps are crucial for maintaining the health and operational effectiveness of service members. Several factors influence these areas, and each branch has implemented various strategies to address them.

This presentation will compile recent efforts to explore factors that contribute to the continuation or departure of military service members.
